Ich Treatment

Hi, have been treating my tank for Ich using Quick Cure. Like the bottle and my local supplier suggested, I added the medication for three days with today being the third day. Was told to do a water change after the third day, which would be tomorrow, then look for any lingering signs of Ich and re-treat for two more days if they exist. Questions: Have any of you used Quick Cure and what was the result? Three days enough? It's a 75 gallon take and the three clown loaches that were visibly infected died and have been out of the tank for four days now. Also what would the "signs" that I'd be looking for if it still exists be?
