I have a 30 gallon tank with ick. At the moment I am raising the temp to 86, but how much initial salt should I put in, and on what intervals til I get up to max salt? One more thing, sorry to be a bother, how often should I do water changes during this, and how much water should I change.

I add the complete dose at one interval without any problems, but you may want to do 1/2 dose, wait an hour, and finish up the dose. (So, you would add 3 tablespoons, wait and hour, and add 3 more).
As far as the waterchanges, at least 50% 2X a week. Every day would be even better if you have time.
