cloudy water

I've been doing a fishless cycle for 2 weeks. During the 2 weeks I've notived that the water has been getting cloudy. Does this normally occur during a fishless cycle?

Latest Readings:

Ammonia - 3ppm
Nitrite - between <.3 and .3
PH - 8.0
Nitrates - 0

Any ideas as to what is going on??
 
If its cloudy water without a tinge of green then its just bacteria and other micro-organisms establishing themselves, it should clear up in a couple of days. Its quite common in the cycling process.

If the water has a greenish tint, its algae.
