I was looking at my 29 gallon tank today and noticed a small clear jellylike pod/blob filled with little white eggs, under a slanted rock. In the tank there currently is:
29 Gallon:
-2 Marble Mollies
-4 Black Phantom Tetras
-3 Juli Cories
-2 Gold Inca Snails
-1 Black Mystery Snail

who do u think is the culprit?

I'm pretty sure it's not the mystery snail - my gold apple snail (I think they're the same thing as mystery snails) laid eggs recently. They lay large pink/orange eggs in a (huge) clump, above the water - it looks a bit like a bunch of grapes. (I found them attached to the underside of the cover glass!)
It sounds like the kind of eggs pond snails/ramshorn snails lay... have you got any small snails in the tank?

actually now that you mention it, there is a small (1/4 inch) snail that came with some anacharis i bought, and i placed him in that tank. I presume hes a common pond snail. i think you hit the nail on the head.

Probably apple snails.

yuup, you are going to have a pond snail infestation...heheheheh
better get a loach to take care of that!

i have a loach in another tank and i just plan on feeding them to him, and if i cant move the snails then ill just temporarily move the loach to eat them all :)
