i just recieved a long tentacle anemone on tuesday and placed him in my 55g tank, and was fine where i put him. but this morning he has moved abuot half way across the tank. is this normal.
Yes, anemones go where they want. Don't try to move him or you might damage him. Do you know anything about the care of this animal. And how much light do you have for him? How long has your tank been set up?
i have 260 watts of light 130 blue and 130 white. tank has been set up for 5 months, i feed it brine shrimp
What size tank is it? 260 watts would be plenty of light on a small tank but on a large tank wouldn't be enough.
