Yuck, how do you get rid of fish louse?

I noticed something on two of my fan tails. Disc shaped
objects. Ive done alot of research on the net and discovered
that they are louse sp? gross. Does anyone have any
experience with this? How do i get rid of them?

Hi! I had louse on a firemouth I had a while back and read that they are very weak to heat. I used Melafix and turned the heat up to about 85 degrees for a few days and they were gone. Not a hard parasite to kill. Good luck!

Parasite Clear by Jungle will kill them as will Coppersafe.
