Hey can you use Neutral Regulator from Seachem to balance and adjust your Ph? I hear if you use the liquid "Ph down" or "Ph up" it will only hold for 24 hours and then unlock to where your Ph was before so what is the best Ph remedy for a fresh water 29g tank???

Depends on what the water is like. Post your KH, GH and current pH--more likely than not, the fish will be fine without any adjustments.

Neutral Regulator is a phosphate buffer and will cause the same gnashing of teeth that the liquid buffers usually cause. As Og said your ph is probably not an issue, but posting numbers would help.

I think my Ph is fine now, so well my tap water Ph level fluctuates from time to time. The last time I did a water change I had very acid tap water and my aquarium water was very acid after the water cahnge and my fish were stressed and I had, 1 Mickey Mouse Moon die and 1 Gold Dust Molly die so my aquarium water was very acid. It's almost nuetral now.
