For your tank it's fine to use the SeaChem stuff. Just less expensive with the others.
But you won't be using tons of nutrients, so for convenience you'd probably be better off with them.
Test your parameters before adding anything. N=5-10, P=0.5-1.0, K - dose 1/2 strength of directed dosage until your plants tell you that they need more.
I would dose everything at 1/2 strength and test for content to bring to the above parameters. Get the N, but dose only when it and the others don't meet the required content.
Over doing it with nutrients, especially in a new or lightly planted tank can lead to algae issues. Observe and watch your test numbers. Use common sense and let the plants tell you when they need something.
BTW, these numbers are for reference. If your tank does fine with less, use less.
I would err on the side of low dosages. Less problems that way.
