Hi, I've got 3 Jap. Shrimp in my tank; 1 large, 1 medium and 1 small. The large one for the last 2 days has got a big dark patch of icky looking stuff coming out of it's underbelly and it looks like it's all over it's rear legs. I think it's giving birth but that's why I'm asking. It's been going on for 2 days now. I took some pictures. They are large files though can I post them here? And if so HOW can I post them. Thanks.

HAHA, sorry, shrimps do not give birth. They could be eggs. Shrimps are both male and female. All you need is to have 2. Shrimps carry their eggs there. This may be what they are.
ya I think that she's laying eggs too,... i just never seen it before. I want to attach a pic here but how can I?
