Light Schedule

This is kind of a newbish question but what light schedule should I run in my planted 55g. I have 2 large Amazon swords and then some other low light plants, my 4ft flouros are putting out around 2.5w per gallon.

I would start with 12 hours on and 12 off. See how they respond and go from there.
