Hi Aquariusts :D I have a algae problem in my big tank ... It is planted with Vals & a few other plants (20) but on the leaves is a redish browny coloured algae :eek: & I think its hurting the plants well being because the plants were growing fast until this algae took its hold .... It's not anywhere else in my tank that I can see, only on the plants ... my bristle nose won't eat it ... I'd like to rid my tank of it but not of algae in general ... Any help please.... my tank is 6'Lx24"Wx27"H .. It is fully cycled etc slightly alkaline ... Ammonia 0 , Nitrite 0 , Nitrate 0
