Need Help Correcting Eclipse 6 Light for plants

I have an eclipse 12 and I am really unhappy that i bought it, I mean, I had to because of space restrictions and the overhead filter was needed. Unfortunately it is acrylic and that presents a problem, and the filter covers a good potion of the surface area of the water. The light that came with it was simply puny. I have to take it out and fabricate my own from two household flourescent lights and some plexi. So basically, there might not be any 'aftermarket' support and you will have to build your own. -JD
