Fish Tuberculosis

Euthanize the fish--not only is there no cure, but this disease is contagious. Sorry--I know it's rough.

I'd have to agree. Not only is it very hard to eradicate it from a tank (requires a combo of UV and antibiotics), but you never know if any fish that survive are free of disease or are simply asymptomatic carriers. Even worse, the mycobacteria that causes fish TB can infect humans. You should take care to not touch the water or fish (rubber gloves, please!) and avoid cross-contamination with other tanks.

If you really have a TB outbreak, it's not something to be trifled with...
