HELLO, I have one more day of treatment using PRIMAFIX an antifungal remedy. I turned my filter off throughout the whole treatment process (6 of 7 days).
My question is that I have a PENGUIN Bio-Wheel 330, should I turn it back on after the last treatment (tomorrow), should I change the media and one of the filters. I realize the bacteria on the wheels is no longer there.
My second and maybe more important question is that I'll be moving the fish in a few days, should I do apartial water change as I'm going to use the aquarium water in my 'bags' while moving? The fish will probably be in the bag's 3 day's at the most. I've moved fish before with great success but I'm unsure about the water. Should I put this treated water back in when the move is done?
Any help anyone can give me would be greatly appreciated.
