Ok i have a FW cycled tank i want to turn BW.
There are no fish in it
Now since i dont have any fish in the tank can i do a 25% water change and add 1.025 MW to 75% FW giving aprox 1.005 BW.
Or will that kill off my cycling bacteria?

I'd go with a slower transition, feeding the bacteria the entire time. The bacteria are not the same, so you need to have a period where the FW bacteria can die off and allow the SW variants to establish themselves.

How long has the tank been w/o fish? If the tank has been empty for more than 24+ hours & you haven't been adding ammonia to feed the bacteria, the tank is uncycled. Raise the SG .002 weekly, 'till you reach your desired SG. What fish are you planning? what SG are they being kept at the shop?

Ok ill kick start the bacteria with some media from my FW tank. Toss in a molly i have. Then starting raising the SP. I'm going to get a figure 8 for the tank. My LFS doesnt keep brack in stock but he'll order it for my so ill ask him to check with his distributer on what SP the fish will be coming in at.

I wouldn't add any salt yet. If they don't keep BW fish, it will probably be in FW.
