Treating a Dwarf Gourami

Anyone know of a good anti-bacterial medication that will treat a broad range of bacterial sicknesses? I have a Dwarf Gourami that is showing signs of some bacterial diseases like fin rot and body ulcers.

Maracyn II or just Maracyn, normally I'd suggest Kanacyn, but since the company that made it went out of business its nearly impossible to find.
