I have just started a SW tank two weeks ago, and am still unable to put fish in as the NO2 levels are still too high, any suggestions on the best way to reduce them quickly/easily?

No2

As it's a Sw tank don't rush things. If its only been two weeks and your eager to add livestock, expect losses. At two weeks your nitrites should be spiking (assuming some sort of ammonia generating bioload is in place.)
I suggest waiting at least five weeks before adding even hermit crabs,(best first livestock.) Try using cycle or stress zyme if your in a rush. This and FPwater changes should help reduce the NO2.

The Thing With Sw Is Patientce It Is The Greatest Reward I Was The Same Wanted To Add Asap But Waited And It All Takes Shape Slowly That Way You Appreciate It All The More
