I gave my old 55 gallon tank to my brother, and am starting new with a 75 gallon. I had a community tank, and thought most of the fish looked the same, so I want to try and get more colorful, interesting fish. I looked at all (and I mean all) the tanks listed at Badman's for ideas, and I came across this listing for a 75 gallon tank:
7 tiger barbs
5 white skirt tetras
5 dwarf neon rainbows
2 boesemani rainbows
2 albino kribensis
2 bolivian rams
2 festivums
3 brochis splendens
1 featherfinned synodontis
1 red-tailed black shark
He has a lot of interesting fish in there, but I am not sure about their compatibility from what I've read. Does anyone know if these are compatible? If so, what about substituting a few dwarf gouramis and/or killifish for the tiger barbs and or the tetras? What about a 8" - 10" pleco that I've had for years? I don't think the pleco would go with the synodontis, but what about the others?
I would appreciate any help or advice.
