I have a single Angel along with a few Neon Tetras, and I was wondering if
Rams could be added or would the Angel be aggressive towards them?

It may, if you get more then one ram the agression may be spread out a little. If your angel is large or particularly bad tempered there might be a problem.

depends on the space, with places for the ram to go that the angel can't a 20 gallon might do. but then that is just my exp with my laid back angel.

when the ram was still around he was the most agressive out the the trio of angel, betta and ram. that's be cause of the personality of my particular fish, usually I would put it the other way around with the ram being less agressive than the other two.

if no hiding places I'd go much bigger than a 20 though

If your neons haven't been attacked or eaten by your angel you probably have a mild tempered angel. If the tank is large enough it's probably fine

I have an angel and a ram in my 20 gallon tall. They dont get along, but no one is ever hurt by the other. My angel could be considered mild tempered because she doesnt attempt to pick on my tiny rasboras, but the ram and angel will face off every now and then. Charge at each other and stuff. Sometimes i notice her fins are a little ripped but nothing serious. They have been living together for over a year now, with my angel being about 3 years old. The ram will hang out at the bottom most of the time and the angel at the top.

It all depends on your fish and what size the tank is. I would say if you wanted try it out, but watch them closely. ;)

LuvMyKribs hits on the key issue here - rams are bottom dwellers and angels are mid/top water fish. Dwarf cichlids and angels are often recommended as tankmates. I have two angels and two Bolivian rams in a 29 with no problems.
