I just got home from the first session of my tattoo, was wondering if anyone else round here has tat's and what of (pictures welcome :cool: ) I'll post mine as soon as someone gets home to take the pic.

I've got two, one on my left upper arm and one on the outside of my right ankle. I'm considering having the one on my arm removed or covered up; while I love it, the questions about it have driven me crazy for years (long story).
Watch out - they're addictive :D

I have three. One on each arm and one on my left shoulder. I have been wanting to get another, but until I know what I really want I'll just wait. :)

I have several on my arms and my company logo (Gargoyle) on my right calf. I'm going to hook up with an artist at the end of the month in Vegas to have my left arm "done up". It might require several trips back to Vegas through the rest of the year. I don't gamble and I have friends their that I stay with so it's only costing me airfare and ink ;)

I have 3 too...
my first one is a pegasus on my chest... got that when I was 19
my second is a tribal butterfly thing, my sister (twin) and I got the same ones except hers has pink butterflies, mine has blue... we did it for our birthdays to sorta link us in a different way than just being a twin... yes, we're very close :D
my third is a bear paw in the middle of a sunset on my left shoulder.....
Like T, I want to get another one, and that will be it.... that will go on my right shoulder since that was the least painful of them all :D

Congrats on your new tat.I want a tatoo but I dont know what to get
1.a pic of my mom and her name across my chest
2. a basketball with my basketball name my friends call me "Hops" since I can jump high for my height
3. Or something else to do with basketball

The one on my leg is solid black and is the skeleton of a frog. The one on my chest is the outline of a lizard with the outline fading away into mist. Kind of hard to describe really. But it's solid black too.

I have a few words on my back between the shoulder blades. My friends get a kick out of it because it is in a foreign language of the country my father’s family immigrated from so no one can read it. But a benefit is that girls like to ask what is says at the beach. I have would like to another but don’t really have an idea of what yet.

I have a small (size of a quarter) green shamrock on the left side of my chest (kinda near my heart...) I got it what seems like eons ago when I was 19. I'd love to get another one, but don't know what. I'm considering getting one that involves my son's name and/or birthdate, with the possibility to add on future kids. Place (on my body, haha) to be determined, but probably somewhere somewhat hidden, like buttcheek or right above it.

I have a tattoo on my left ankle. It's four Sacred Hearts *one for each child* connected by rosary beads.
I do plan on getting another one, probably on my left back shoulder. I want a writer's quill *Green feather* finishing the name Lila in some fancy way.

I'm a former body piercer and as such I have lotsa tattoos. Sitting in a shop with nothing to do leads to "I'll do this tattoo for that piercing" situations. I think my last count of separate tattoos (they're never done... I keep adding) was 8, including half sleeves on both arms and knee-to-toes on my right leg as single tattoos. I'll link up some pix if you'd like. I'm not sure I can make them small enough for the forum.
As an aside: anyone else have a preference as to tattoos or piercings? Obviously, I'm a piercings person. The adrenaline rush wears off after the first hour in the tattoo chair and then it's just annoying to me. With piercings, the rush is immediate.
