Check my tag for what I have at the moment. The otto is alive and well I'll have to update that. Other wise I'd like to add afew more fish once I'm sure the tank has re-cycled after the move (should be ok now). I'd like to add neons again BUT I have had way to many problems with them to have them in my main tank again. Popeye and Neon tetra desease. I'd like anouther otto but with no algea to worry about it seems silly to add anouther. I think my school of 6 white clouds is enough. As much as I love them I don't want more. I'd add two female gouramis but I can't find them and with the winter here in WI I'm not comfortable ordering them. So what types of fish could I look at adding? I can't plant the tank due to the substrait. I'd like to TRY neons again but I don't want to risk the deseases poping up again now that I have a new tank setup. Or am I pretty well stocked a it is? It just looks like i have space for afew more.

Substrate should be fine, most plants absorb nutrients from the surrounding water, especially stem plants, so no worries about not having a good enough substrate. You probably can't get a great carpet of tenellus or the like, but you can certainly have a nicely planted tank.

I'd add a couple more Oto's. You can supplement their diet with a little piece of spirulina disk or some boiled zucchinni.

I was in my lfs the other day and they had these tiny yellow rainbows, I can't remember the name but it was something like: someone's name's rainbow (I'd guess that it was the person who bred/discovered them, maybe Gertrude?). Anyway, they stay small (1"-2"), so you could probably have a small school of them and looked really neat, yellow bodies and red eyes.
