Digital pH meter

Hey, Is Hanna instruments Checker 1 pH meter good for aquarium use b/c I want to buy it to replace the old fashoined test kits and here is a link to a web site that sells them

That seems to be very expensive to me. I got mine directly from Hanna a few years ago but it doesn't look like they sell direct any more. I paid $29.95 for the pH & $24.95 for the TDS hardness tester. I don't use the pH one any more (actually gave it away!) because I had to re-calibrate it in solution every time I used it.
