i have a 20 gallon long, and there is a bare stop in the front, and i want a nice live plant there. the light i have is a power-glo, 20 watt. a plant thats easy to care for would be nice.

so to sum it up, i want a plant that looks good in the front and is easy to take care of. any suggestions??

Crpyts are nice. Specifically Cryptocoryne wendtii. Nice, small plant that does well in low light. I love mine. If you look at my tank link in my sig, they are they small leafy plants in the right hand front corner.

I did well with hygropholia polysperma. Also amazon sword in the center works nice but might even get too big eventually, although under 20 watts it will take a long time. Mine started poking out of the water after 3 months. With the hygro you can just keep cutting it back and replanting it. Very satisfactory and pretty plant. (It is a weed and undesirable plant in nature. But nice in the aquarium)
