My name is Costin and I am from Romania. I don't have an aquarium yet but I want to start making one myself.
Are there any links/sites with advises and "howto's"?
Where from and what with should I start?

What size tank are you thinking of building? Unless you're going bigger than about 200 gallons, or need an oddball shape, it's honestly cheaper to purchase an aquarium than build one. However: http://www.garf.org/ DIY Pages: Tank Building should help out.

look around garage sales or for used tanks.....then hold your fingers crossed against leaks. Goodluck. :)

Look in the local paper for anyone selling their tank. How big do you want to go? And please read up on cycling before you add any fish.
