Changed my 15 tall to a 20 high... Pics..

Well after long thought.. Roughly about three hours as a matter of fact..LOL... I decided to tear down the 15 gallon tall and set up the 20 high I had in my basement... The 20 gives me so much more room to scape plus more room to add another fish...

Just so much more posiblilities... Here is a before shot of the 15 gallon as of 2 days ago...

And here is the 20 high I set up finally and wow what a difference.. I also updated the lighting...

And of course another .. A blenny.. Not sure of species but he is totally cool.. Seems to tell those Damsels, "GET OUT OF MY WAY NOW"... He is funny to watch...

Huge difference..Plus with some rock I bought off a new friend in the hobby, the tank is complete.. Now it just needs to grow out...The LR I bought has all kinds of zoo's and xenia and such growing all over it... Let me know what ya think...


Any rate.. Let me know what ya all think... I am curious..

PS. Don't mind the background behind the filter.. I painted it and the filter peeled some of it away.. ARGGG I WAS MAD..... Oh well when I feel "UNLAZY" I will move it out and re-paint it...:rolleye1:
 
The green stuff is cheato and the other is some type of what I would think, KELP? or seaweed?? I am unsure.. He gave me them when I bought the rock from him... THe one higher up is actually attached to the live rock.. The plant thatis...

Man, I wish my LR came with all those corals and such.... Did you buy your LR from that place in Lancaster? I got mine there, and all I've got are some tube worms coming out of mine, nothing else so far after about 6 weeks...

Me to, That fish place has rock that seems dead.. I mean, all I ever got off of it was copepods.. This rock a guy I met from Reefs Central lives about 30 minutes from me.. He had a ton of it in his fuge he was selling of for $3.00 per lb.. I mean I bought $30.00 worth and got a ton of life off of it.. Its fiji rock and its well taken care of .. Lots of coraline algae, like I said, zoo's and xenia and plants.... He bought it from a vendor I think... This stuff is not your local LR, thats for sure...

He is still selling some more off as far as I am aware of... that is if you are up for a drive.. LOL....Reading PA is where he is from...

Heck, i'll drive to Reading, thats only an hour for me. Let me know if he still has any, or if you know a way to get in touch with him. I could use a few more nice pieces to finish my tank.
