Well, you guys saw my 10 a while ago, and I remember I thought it was the greatest thing ever! But to see how it's all grown in, I know I was wrong, it is really just beautiful. Here are the picture. the first one is the first day it was planted, then there is one grown in now a couple pictures down (yea I know I accidentally tilted the camera ;)) Hope you enjoy the other little pictures because I sure enjoyed taking them! I love the blur effect! LOL!

Stats can be found on the "first day" picture. It's currently stocked with 11 Neons (the lady gave me one extra) a Neon Dwarf Gourami (quite active and interesting!) and 3 Zebra Danios I plan to move to my 40 G if I can ever cathc them! If I get around to catching them though, I'm going to add a couple of Kuhli Loaches like my original plan :)

If there are only 4 pictures, make sure to check back soon because I'm adding 4 more right now!

Sting, that's a very good tank. Tell us about that tree trunk: it is resin or is it real? Pretty good, one way or the other. Some algae will make it even better heh heh

The aquarium really makes an underwater place. No wonder your fish are thriving.

It's a fake piece I bought at PetSmart made by TopFin. I don't know if it's resin, but It's fake and hollow with holes in the side for the fish to swim through.

What kind of filtration do you have?

Love it!
Love it!
Love it!
Love it!

Went to Big Al's yesterday and saw a planted tank with a cloud (150) of neons. I'd like to see that in my tank.

Not bad Sting, pursuer of Orcs.;)

Beautiful tank!! I have about 5 neons in my twenty long. I'm hoping to add in a school of cardinals.

Thanks you guys! I am really striving for a great tank! As for filtration...um, it's just what came with the tank! It's a filter cartridge like my Eclipse, but no biowheel ;) Glad you guys like it! Any suggestions are welcomed!

Knock-down gorgeous. The neons really look great in there. Okay, you gotta enter that baby in an aquascaping contest. I've seen entries on the website that don't look anywhere near that good.

Thank you guy! And Cichlid Woman, that's exactly me idea! That's why I am asking you guys' opinions so I can clean it up before the competition! I am planning on entering it into the Aquatic Gardeners Association Aquascaping Contest held annually, I just don't know when it begins! Hopefully I can buy a few more ground plants before the contest to fill in the empty bottom. I was it as real as possible, Glossistigma would be my first choice, but I have no CO2 Injection and I don't think it would grow that well. I have the type of water that I have to play around with different plant species to find which plants grow best in. Luckily, I've had my 40 for almost a year now, and have had plenty of time to figure out Red Ludwigia and Hornwort don't work in my tanks ;)

Very nice, serene looking tank..if I were a neon, I would want to live there too;)..great work man..looks like you took a chunk out of the amazon and put it in your tank.

For real! Wow! That's exaclty what I wanted, and you think I accomplished it!? That's awesome, thanks for the compliment! I really wanted to get that grown in effect, but still nice looking, not like the plants have taken over the tank. I like how the swords are so tall they bend over the surface of the water, and provide safety for the gouramis and danios, who love to play tag through the leaves!
