hi,
lately ive been noticing two of my rasboras acting strange. every now and then 2 of them - not sure if it's the same two - will circle around one another with their dorsal fins straight up. they circle very slowly and shimmy very quickly. then they dart at each other. then it starts again. shimmying while circling, dart, then over again. this goes on and on for a few minutes then they swim away. could this be breeding behavior or are two of them doing some sort of territorial dance where they want to kill each other? i dont think the issue is overcrowding. i have 15 of them in a 46 gallon planted tank, so there's plenty of room. i just didnt think they were this territorial/ aggressive...
killer harlequin rasboras...LOL... now i've seen everything
