Hi
I really want to import this tank from America and have it as a marine tank. It isn't very big, but what could I put in it? I know i'll need a heater, i've kept tropicals for a while now, but what else do I need for a marine tank? I live near the ocean and have read that I can get saltwater from the beach, is this true? Or is it better to buy aquarium salt and make up my own?

Here's the tank in question - don't bid on it :) I want it

I think you may want to go with a larger tank if you want to go marine. Please everyone, don't try and snipe this tank out, its perfect for guppy fry.

even though it is a very cool tank, i wouldnt reccommend it as a first marine tank. im just new to the marine world as well, but one thing ive learned is that the bigger the tank, the more chemically stable it is. the more stable it is, the easier it is to keep everything alive. best to keep that size tank for your guppies. :dance
