I have a 30 galloon tank with One 3 spot Gourami and some gold fishes. Recently I introduced a pair of Honey Gouramis to the tank. I found a strange behaviour of my 3 spot Gourami chasing and Harassing the small honey Gouramis, aren't they compatable fishes?? I am confused. Please somebody reply.

Three Spot Gouramis are relatively peaceful, but sometimes they can be extremely aggressive towards smaller fishes, and tamer fishes of similar size. They can be relentless in their pursuit, bullying other fishes around. I've kept both peaceful and aggressive 3 spots before. I suspect the 3-spot gourami was at the top of your tank's pecking order, and harrassing the new Honey gouramis is its way of establishing dominance. If the situation doesn't improve immediately, you may have to make a decision: remove the 3-spot (move to another tank, give to friend or LFS), or return the Honey gouramis.
