Posting Pictures

I tried to attach a picture with my last post under the attach file option, but the file was too big to attach. I tried to attach it as a jpeg file. Any hints or anything to attach pictures to get around that. Most of my pictures are around the 400 KB range and the maximum size to attach is 25,400 bytes.

I am not sure if there are other ways around it or not, but I have a program that compresses my photo files so I can email them etc. with no problems.
