pond

hi people, my name is Jason, i am a 28 yr. old guy here in the Philippines who likes animals a lot and one of my fascination are fishes. I will be building my first ever pond and i was wondering if anybody here could help me out design my pond, give me an idea of a pump and filtration unit that is low in electricity consumption and also i need help in choosing a fish that i would put in it. The following are what i have in mind:

Arapaima
Gar
Koi


The dimensions of the pond is 13'10'' long, 4'5'' wide, 4' deep.
