Is there a product or method of unbonding acrylic joints. Lets say to move an overflow or repair a side of the tank?

nope, if you used a bonding agent such as weld-on then the pieces are chemically bonded together.

A saw came to mind but one of the edges would be difficult.
An off topic question...I had this account name before and somehow it got erased in the last few months while I wasn't posting. Was there a server switch or something that purged screen names?

We upgraded software and servers. Its for the best, this software costs much less to run, and we no longer need to delete threads that are more than 6 months old.
