I know Petsmart has it, but it's a complete kit and they want $31.99. I'm looking for this:

Do you have a canister filter? If you do, just put the airline into the intake of the filter. I find it more effective than a ladder

Believe it or not, my LFS actually sells them separately for about $15. I thought they were available everywhere.
Be careful feeding your CO2 into the intake of cannisters. They can cause lock ups and malfunctions in the cannister if the gas gets trapped inside. A better option is a reactor on the out flow side.
