I woke up this morning to find my male guarding the bubble nest under the half a cup and the female is beat up some. The male will check the bubble nest every few seconds then hell go and chase the female and then scramble back to where the nest is at. Is it possible that they did it last night while I was asleep? Also the female's tube is bigger and longer and her belly is more plump then last night. Is this showing that she is ready or that she has already done it? I seperated them through the divider but the male still seams to want to ge to her but he still guards the nest. What should I do?

Well it might have been my faught that the male started attacking her because when I turned on the light it might have startled him. Well anyway I took out the divider and the male chased her a little but they are doing it now but the female is only giving out 2-3 eggs at a time so they must have been doing something last night or before I woke up.
