4 wpg too much?

I just picked up a Jebo PC pretty cheap. If I run all 4 bulbs (2 10,000k and 2 actinic), will there be too much light? Or should I take out the actinics and use 2 more 10.000k or some 6700k bulbs?

If your doing live plants, id do 4, 6700k bulbs. At 4 watts per gallon, you will get major algae outbreaks if you dont have some sort of a C02 system......
