My java fern is turning light green on the end of the leaves and some leaves completely whats the cause and or problem???

Are you supply plant nutrients and minerals? Sometimes, but not all the time Java fern reacts to too bright a light. What kind of lights are you using. If so placed them in a not so bright section of the tank. Is your really quality up to par? Ar there little plantlets growing on the leave? That is how they reproduce. The old leaf eventurally dies when this happens. Just trying to offer some suggestions for what to look for.
