The unit I ordered is on permenant backlog. I really can't figure out all the specs and do comparison shopping on these darn things. German bulbs, IWAKAZIAKI bulbs, blah blah blah and that doesn't even get into the balasts 
I was going to build one of my own design and now time isn't going to permit that either! 
The tank is 30" wide, aprox 18" deep. I was going to go with a 24" wide,unit. I would like to have an actinic bulb in the pendant along with the MH for more blue color. I'm thinking 250 watts is going to be about right. I want to grow acros, etc. Price is a consideration but I don't mind spending money on quality stuff.
