As I read the other thread of the similar title, it occured to me that there are a lot of OF's born around the same time frame as me. It would be neat to see where the ages fall into at AC.

over 50 views and less than half of that number have participated in the survey.

ah I guess demographic sampleing is to much to ask of this place :D

Lets be open minded...maybe it's just the people who have posted checking back in to see who else has 'fessed up. I have increased those participating in my age group by 25%!!

If you lump the young 'uns together, the graph makes a nice bell curve, with an interesting absence in the sixth decade category.

This is the point where they move to the Grandkids Central Forum...

maybe 60+ people don't think they're as old as the OP thinks. Right now, I'm in a category all by myself!

The polls are a little invasive in that you can see what everyone chooses to submit as their polling option. This might be why many didn’t vote.

I dont think its your fault. I think its how the polls work. Right?

You’re only as old as you feel. And on that note, you can be as smart as Einstein, but if you begin acting elderly, I firmly believe your body will respond accordingly... as well as your mind.

... Roller blades and snow cones, anyone? ;)

I'm kind of surprised on the low showing of the 21 & unders. I thought that there would be a lot more, which is why I divyed them into three categories.

Rollerblade just about every day, except when there's snow on the ground. Great exercise! BTW, I'm in the not-quite-Moses group.

Whaddyamean? The low side of the Gaussian is more filled out than the high side. There are 23 people on the 21 and under categories, but only 12 in the 40 and up.

I thought there would be as many in each 'under 21' category as there were in any other category. Ah well.

You know what, that was the very first thing I noticed when I looked at that graph, I even went as far as to point it out to my boyfriend! I guess that college stat wasn't a total waste of my time! :idea2:

Happy b-day LesbianChap. Are you stationed in Seoul? I was stationed in Kamiseya, Japan from 79-81. Never made it to Seoul but my wife and I went on a shopping trip to Osan once.

Yep. Right in the heart of Seoul. Seoul, in itself, is great. I just with I could get over the language barrier.

My wife didn't like Japan for that reason. She couldn't read the street signs and got on the wrong road and finally had to be escorted, crying her eyes out, back to the base by the Japanese police. She disliked Japan so much she went home a year early. Sorry about straying from the topic, folks.
