i have been reading some of the posts on the meanest fish and the monsters or whatever and i would like to start a mini monster tank. is there a cichlid that is small 5-6"max that would be extremely territorial and go nuts if you came near it and it was the only fish in the tank?

mbunas. From experience, when kept alone for long periods of time, they will become VERY terratorial. auratus or johanni are good starters.

What size tank do you want these new fish in? A new tank? go to www.tangledupincichlids.com and look through the pictures. I may get an order in a month or so.
