Best way to add more light to 20 gallon tank?

What would be the best way to add more light to a 20 gallon tank?
I currently have the hood that came with tank, which has a 18" Fluorescent light that is 15 watts. Would like to get up to at least 30 watts, I would like to start growing live plants. Thanks!

If you are okay with DIY, AH Supply has some nice retro-fit kits with reflectors that rock. You can find them here. If you're not into DIY, then check out Big Al's online in the lighting department under the power compact strip light section or just click here.

I had to do the same thing last year. I tried to find a good 13x2 PC light retro package but there wasent a good one in Canada. To get over this I bought a new 2x 15w fluorescent from www.bigalsonline.com

I did the DIY with a 36W CF kit from AHS. I have already seen a difference in the plants (and algae) in literally a weeks time. It wasn't all that difficult but I do advise you plan it out a bit first.
