They sleep. I know. When I come home at night and check up on them to make sure things are cool, they are on the bottom and brown. Then they see me and gradually turn A bright vibrant green. Is that normal?

Also another question
One of my gsp's has a black spot on his chest. The other 2 dont...i don't get it.

Brackish water for gsps. I have it at 8.3 with the salinaty at like 1.010 or something like that. Good?

Hi !

It is normal.
When they see me, there underneath turns from a brownish
belly to a white belly.
To me its seems as its a hapiness thing.

The spot, i dont know about sorry,
you might be post posting in the puffer forum ( check the sticky )
It also contains loads of usefull info on GSP.

Salanity is fine, the higher it is though the better it is for them.
Its proven that the higher the salinity the longer they live.
These little babies can live in a full marine setup !

My tank containes mollies, bumblebees and for the plants i have loads
of vallis and jarva fern, salt level is 1.012
any higher my plants would die.
But at least it controlls algea etc.

Have you any pics ?
