Lighting upgrade question--Pls Help

I was wondering what the best way to upgrade my lighting would be if I have a hood on my aquarium?? I want to get compact fluorescent lighting. Let me know what information you may need to answer my question...

This is a 20g that I want to make planted...
 
Without hesitation, I would recommend AH Supply (http://ahsupply.com), if you want to convert an existing light strip or do your own hood. Terrific product, great customer service, prompt shipping, good price. Their 1x55 watt kit will work wonders for your 20 gal. I've converted two of my tanks with their kits, and am just completing a third.
