23 lb lobster "Bubba"

Well, like most things in life, this topic has been covered extensively by "The Simpsons." His meat would probably be awful tough at this point, though...

It is a shame he died but 1.) what do you expect? you take him out of the wild he's not going to be able to cope with all the transfers and 2.) there are probably a hundred others out there just like him.

I've gotta pot...who's got da butter? :idea2:

That PETA group is simply amazing..!!

" Last night, PETA's Robertson said she was disappointed that Bubba wasn't going to be returned to the wild. "An aquarium is not an approximation of the freedom he's been able to experience. ... It really is just ridiculous to think that Bubba is better off being displayed as a sideshow freak." "

But Joe, what if the people that paid the money to see him and keep his aquarium clean hurt his wittle bitty wobster feewings?

BWAHAHAHA. PETA is a joke to me. Most extremists are. I still say it's a waste of some delicious lobster tail.

Karin Robertson should be outfitted with a new pair of cement shoes and returned to the lobster's natural habitat.
