I storred my opened pouch of biospira in the fridge, but for some reason i guess it got colder than i thauhgt it would, and ended up partially freezing. Will this destroy the bacteria, or if its thaughed will t be fine?

I would be careful - freezing is one of the things that the manufacturer says you definately should not do..good luck!

And it is a loss...that stuff is expensive!

Wait, like i said it was only partially frozen, if i took all the liquid out that wasnt frozen, will that stuff still work? I was think about just tossing it into the aquarium. if the stuff is dead its not like it would hurt anything right?

You could always try it out. I wouldn't add fish right away but i would certainly think adding ammonia to 5ppm and seeing if it cycles fishlessly would be a great wqay to test it out. ;)
