In a 20 gal long tank, i have 1 flame tetra, 2 danios,1 Bala (which i will find a new, bigger home) 1 RTS, 8 neons and 1 peppered cory. I' m going to get the cory a friend, but i was wondering if i could buy 2 more, or would that be too many bottom feeders? Thanks.

I think you'd be OK with two more Cories otherwise, perhaps even another Flame Tetra or more as they are schooling fish and would be much happier at 4-6 fish.

Hmmmm.... Ponder?......
5 Flames
8 Neons
2 Danios
1 RTS
3 Peppered
In a 20gal long, I don't think that would be too much as the Tetras and Danios (not Giant Danois I'm presuming) have small body mass and low waste output. IMO that would be very do'able.

thx chile, the reaso I only have 1 flame is that I've been slowly changing them for neons, i used to have 4 and actually not much succes with them, they all got FAT and died :sad I've since improved my water conditions. By the way I went and got 2 more peppered corys, my older one seems alot happier with friends again! My Zebra Danois are full grown, they're not Giant Danois. Another question: How many more neons would you suggest I get after I move the bala? THX again for the reply.
