How come the price of Emperor filters at Big Al's went up?

I was looking on the site for a pic of the Emperor 400 and saw that the prices went up. The Emperor 280 is $32.99 and the Emperor 400 is $39.99. I wonder why the raised them $3 each. am glad I got mine before they raised the prices.

A WHOLE 3 dollars??? How could they! I cant afford them now! seriously, Its probably because the prices were raised from Marineland, and they just "passed" the increase to us..the consumers.. or its could be economics..

Glad I got mine too, when I bought mine, it even came with a box of filters that regularly went for $8:D
