I JUST NOTICE THERES A LONG WORM IN MY TANK!!!! IT HIDES DURING DAY TIME, AND ITS REALLLY LONG!!!!!!! 10cm? about there

I think it came in my tank together with a liverock... must be hiding inisde... HOW HOW HOW????

I got a cow fish.. 6line wassre.. and a branded shrimp..

and one more thing.. My cow fish seems happy eating plants that r growing on my liverocks *Grrrr!!!* my wassre, doesnt eat the flakes i put in e tank.. maybe becoz it swims around the rocks all the time, thus not able to see them? How how how..

The worm is likely a peanut worm. Not a problem. Check out http://reefs.org/hhfaq/ to be sure.

The cow fish is likely going after to pods that are living in the grass and algae in your tank.

It depends on what kind of wrasse you have, but IME, flake food isn't a very good choice. Very few marine fish beyond damsels will take readily to flakes, or anything that stays mostly on the surface (few marine fish feed from teh surface naturally). I would try a frozen food, or sinking pellets, maybe some frozen brine or mysis shrimp.
