Hi guys

For a 6 gal tank with no filter, and no live plants - with just a driftwood, and an airstone (which is up and running all the time) - 1/2 inch gravel with 2 gold fish, 2 cichlids and 1 pleco.
I have a few questions for this spec
1) how often should the water change be done ?
2) how should the water change be done ?

1) Immediately
2) Should be done into a 2 - 20 gallon or larger Aquariums w/ Filter (one for goldfish the other for the other fish until they grow out of it)

I hope your question is a joke.

Anyways now that i got that out of my system

Gold fish are cold water, incrediably messy and grow over 6" each they need like a 20G just for them

Pleco's are tropical and generally grow up to a foot long. Id say he need's at least a 50G

Cichlids are tropical and since you need a 50g for the pleco well they can just go in there.

The fish you have are not appropriate for the size tank you have. Please return them, and then research for fish that will fit, as well as filtration and heating needs.
