Pregnant Half Banded Pike

I have 2 Half Banded Pikes in my 75g. I stopped feeding them rosy reds because the ones from the store were infested with disease. Usally when the pikes eat feeder fish they blow up and look pregnant.
Well, after a week or so, one of the pikes still has a huge stomach and the underbelly is red. Has anyone owned one of these? Any one have any help on a pregnant pike?

Im guessing she will eat the fry since they are a crazy predator...it would probably try to eat me if it could.

Any help is appreciated.

Well she is not pregnant because she is an egg layer. What other fish do you have in that tank? Presumably you have a pair if they have not killed each other yet. What size are they? And no, she most likely will not eat the babies as cichlids are excellent parents. But if it is a pair and they do breed, they will probably will kill anything else in the tank if they are a mature pair.
