I also just added 5 Rasboras to the tank (20 long). I am looking for several "centrepiece" fish to add. Some of the possibilities I was debating: Gouramis, Red Cockatoo, Madagascar Rainbow fish, Peacock Gobies. I am open to other suggestions or comments on any of these options.

Bettas make a nice centerpiece for a community. ;) Your other ideas might work too. :D

Try a pearl Gourami they just stand out !

...and add more of the same Rasboras (instead of Rainbows) so they make a proper school.

Yah, I wouldn't mind getting some more Rasboras, but I want to leave some room for several other fish and don't want to be overcrowding my tank. I have 5 ottos in there as well.
